Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

At a.g. studios, each order is carefully prepared and shipped from our studio.

Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during collection launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout, as a.g.studios is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details provided at the time of purchase.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make changes to the shipping address or reroute packages in transit.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your pieces as much as we loved creating them.

If for any reason your order is not quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@agstudios.us with your order number and request. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Please note:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
• a.g. studios reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5–10 business days.
